    After buying some jewellery and 3 times told "yes" this is the right size, we had to return it 4 days later with a 100mile round trip, as it WAS the WRONG size. This did not go down well at all at the shop. In the end we got a refund, no apology, and was then told "never come back again" Shockingly bad customer service. No apologies. Will not go there ever again. Be warned.
